Campendium's campground data is largely community-maintained. If you spot an error, here's how to flag it.
Reporting a Problem
On any campground page on the website or the mobile app, scroll to the Overview section and click Report problem with listing. This sends a report to our team, who will review and correct the information.
Common things worth reporting:
- Wrong address or GPS coordinates
- Campground is permanently closed
- Outdated pricing or amenity information
- Incorrect name or duplicate listing
- Missing or incorrect hookup details
The more specific you can be in your report, the faster we can fix it.
Updating Specific Community-Reported Fields
Some fields on campground pages are kept up to date by the community directly, rather than waiting for a staff correction:
Last Reported Price — If you stayed recently and paid a different rate than what's shown, you can update the nightly price by leaving a review.
Cell Phone Coverage — If your experience with cell service differed from what's reported, you can update the coverage data by leaving a review.
Reviews — The most powerful way to add accurate, current information is to write a review. A detailed review with your nightly rate, cell coverage, and sub-ratings helps future campers more than almost anything else.
