If you've found a great place to camp or a dump station that isn't on Campendium yet, you can submit it for review and we'll add it to the map.
How to Submit
- Go to campendium.com and scroll to the footer
- Click Add a Campsite under the Help section (or go straight to the form here)
- Fill out the submission form with as much detail as you have — name, location, type of campground, and any other relevant info
- Submit the form and our team will review it
The more detail you provide, the faster we can get it added accurately.
What Types of Places Can Be Added?
Campendium covers a wide range of camping and overnight stopping options:
- Public land campgrounds — national parks, national forests, BLM, state parks, county and city parks
- RV parks and private campgrounds
- Overnight RV parking — Walmart lots, casinos, truck stops, rest areas
- Dump stations
Locations must support RV camping or overnighting and, if there is a cost, must have a nightly rate available with no minimum stay. Private property listings require associated RV insurance and cannot be added without it.
If you're unsure whether a place qualifies, go ahead and submit — our team will make the call.
Something Wrong with an Existing Listing?
If a campground is already on Campendium but has incorrect or outdated information, use the Report problem with listing button on the campground page instead. This is available on both the website andthe mobile app. See What if There Is Something Wrong with a Listing? for details.
