The Campendium mobile app gives you the full campground discovery experience on your phone — search, map, campground pages, reviews, saved places, and RV-Safe GPS navigation. Here's how to find your way around.
Downloading the App
- iOS: Download from the App Store
- Android: Download from Google Play
Sign in with your existing Campendium account, or create one for free. If you've been using the website, your saved places, reviews, and account settings carry over from the website automatically.
The Bottom Navigation Bar
Three tabs run across the bottom of the app:

The Map Tab
The Map tab opens the main map. Tap the search bar at the top to search by location or browse by category — Public Land, RV Parks, Overnight RV Parking, Dump Stations, and more.
After selecting a category, results appear as pins on the map by default. Tap the List view button to view a scrollable grid of cards instead, then tap Map view in the toolbar to switch back to the map.
Tap any pin on the map to open a quick preview with the campground name, photo, and Save and Navigate buttons. Tap the campground name to open the full page.
The Layers button (stacked squares) in the top right of the map opens map options — switch base maps or toggle overlays like cell coverage, traffic, and public lands.
The Navigation Tab
Tap Navigation to launch RV-Safe Navigation directly, without starting from a campground page. You'll see a Choose your RV sheet where you can select a saved vehicle or enter custom dimensions, then set your destination.

The Profile Tab
Tap Profile to access everything tied to your account:
- Saved Places — all the campgrounds and places you've bookmarked
- Reviews — reviews you've written
- Settings — username, email, password, navigation app preference, map style, units, push notifications, and subscription management
- Edit profile — name, bio, profile picture, home address, phone number
- My vehicles — add and manage your RVs for navigation
- Help & support — links to the help center
What's Not on Mobile Yet
A few features are currently not available in the mobile app yet:
- Trip planning — building and managing trips.
- CAMPalerts — notifications when sold-out campsites become available.
- Offline Maps — coming soon to mobile.
Trip planning and CAMPalerts can use used on mobile by opening campendium.com in a web browser.
