Campendium lets you 'favorite' any campground or place to your personal collection so you can find it again later. Favorites (also known and Saved Places) are tied to your account, so they're available wherever you use Campendium. You'll just need to be logged in to save places and access your Favorites collection.
Favorites are particularly useful as a wish list — bookmark campgrounds you want to visit someday, then pull them up when you're planning a route through that area.

Favoriting a Place on the website
You can favorite a place from anywhere you see the bookmark icon — the map, search results, or a campground page.
From search results or the Explore panel: Click or tap the heart icon in the top right corner of any result card. The heart fills in to confirm it's saved, and a brief "Added to Favorites" message appears at the bottom of the screen.
From a campground page: Click the Save button (heart icon) near the top of the page, next to the New Trip button.
From a map pin popup: Click the Save button in the quick preview popup that appears when you tap a pin.
To unsave a place, click the bookmark icon again. It will toggle off and show "Removed from Favorites."
Viewing Your Saved Places on the website
There are a few ways to view your saved places on the map.
From the map filter bar: Click the Favorites tab in the filter bar at the top of the map. This is the quickest way to jump straight to your saved places — your results appear in the sidebar and are plotted on the map simultaneously.
From the search bar:
Click the boxes in the right of the search bar, then select Favorites from the Categories menu:
Your Favorites places appear in the sidebar and are plotted on the map at the same time, so you can see where they all are geographically. Keep in mind that you'll only see saved place results for the area currently in view on the map. As you zoom/pan, the results will change.
If you want to see just your saved places without any other pins on the map, click the map layers icon at the top right of the map, then de-select the Places checkbox. This will leave just your favorites on the map.
You can also just view a list of your Favorite places on your profile - and jump to a map view of those Favorites from your profile too:
Saving a Place on the app
On the app, tap the bookmark icon on any result card, map pin popup, or campground page to save a place to your collection.
Viewing Saved Places on the app
You can view Saved Places (Favorites) as a list, or on the map.
To view your saved places in a list, tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the Saved Places tile at the top of your profile. Your saved places appear as a scrollable list and can be filtered and sorted from there.
To view your Saved Places (Favorites) on the map, tap the search bar and selecting it from the Categories grid.
