If you have a Campendium RV Pro membership, you can switch between monthly and annual billing through our billing portal. The steps are the same either way — how and when the change takes effect depends on which direction you're switching.
Note that if your membership was purchased through the Google Play Store, billing is managed by Google and cannot be changed through our portal.
Switching from Monthly to Annual
When you switch from monthly to annual billing, the change takes effect immediately. Any unused time on your current monthly billing period is applied as a credit toward the annual price.
For example, if you switch halfway through a monthly billing period, you'd receive a credit of approximately $10 toward your annual membership — so instead of paying $59.99, you'd pay around $49.99.
To switch to annual billing:
- Go to the Campendium billing portal.
- Enter the email address on your Campendium account to receive a login link.
- Click Update subscription.
- Select the yearly billing option and click continue.
You'll see the prorated amount you'll be charged if you confirm, and your new annual renewal date will be set from today.
Switching from Annual to Monthly
When you switch from annual to monthly billing, the change does not take effect right away. Your annual membership will continue through the end of its current term, and monthly billing will begin after that.
No partial refund or credit is issued for unused time on your annual membership when switching to monthly.
For example, if you're halfway through an annual membership and switch to monthly, you'll still have access through the end of your annual term — and your first monthly charge will occur when that term ends.
To switch to monthly billing:
- Go to the Campendium billing portal.
- Enter the email address on your Campendium account to receive a login link.
- Click Update subscription.
- Select the monthly billing option and click continue.
When you confirm you'd like to switch, your annual membership will continue as normal until it ends, at which point monthly billing begins automatically.
