CAMPalerts notify you the moment a sold-out campsite becomes available at a campground you're watching. Instead of refreshing reservation sites repeatedly, you get a text message as soon as a spot opens up.
CAMPalerts require an RV Pro membership and are currently available on the Campendium website only.
Setting Up a CAMPalert
- Navigate to your account settings.
- Find the CAMPalerts section and click the 'Create a new alert' button.
- Search for a specific campground if you have one in mind or search for an area, such as a national park, to view all the campgrounds there.
- Select the campgrounds you want to receive alerts for, set your preferred dates, and select your RV length.
- Most importantly, enter your phone number to receive text notifications.
- When a site opens up at that campground for your dates, you'll get a text immediately.
How It Works
CAMPalerts monitor reservation availability at participating campgrounds in real time. When a cancellation or new availability appears, you're notified right away so you can book before anyone else.
Managing Your Alerts
You can view and manage your active CAMPalerts from your account settings. Remove any alerts you no longer need to avoid unnecessary notifications.
