How to Cancel Your Subscription
Auto-renewal is on by default for all members. You can follow the steps below to turn off auto-renewal on your subscription. Note that this will prevent any future renewals, and your membership will be valid through the current end date. It will expire after that date.
The steps vary depending on when and how you purchased your subscription, click the appropriate section to see more info. Please get in touch with us if you need any help!

If you signed up for your membership through the Campendium iOS app, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through Apple. You can update or cancel your subscription by following the steps below. From your iPhone
- Opening the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap your name.

- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
From your Mac:
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
- Next to the Campendium subscription, click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
When you're looking at the subscription in your Apple account, if it says "Expires [date]" then auto-renewal has already been turned off and there will be no further charges. If it says "Renews [date]" then auto-renewal is still on and there should be an option to cancel.
Note that we cannot manage subscriptions that were purchased through Apple. You will need to cancel renewal within your Apple settings or contact Apple if you need help doing this.

Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable, per the Terms of Use agreed to upon signup.
If you’re a new user and started a free 1-week trial, you will not be charged until the trial has ended. To avoid being charged, you must cancel prior to the end of the trial. After the trial is over and the subscription is paid for, then you will have access to the membership benefits for the subscription period.
If you’re an existing member, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period. We have a no-refunds policy and send renewal reminder emails to remind you to review and manage your subscription prior to the renewal date.
Apple Subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased in our iOS app and the subscription is listed under your Apple ID, your payment was processed directly by Apple and you must request a refund through the App Store by following the steps here. We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.
